Duties

• Lead and supervise the shift team to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery
• Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and quality standards
• Train new staff members on food handling, customer service, POS operation, and restaurant procedures
• Monitor kitchen activities to maintain efficiency in food production and ensure timely service during peak hours
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
• Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, training & development skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and hospitality management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview staff and lead a diverse team effectively
• Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and restaurant operations is highly desirable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership qualities and a passion for hospitality
